Gauntlet Sword (Pata) – 3D Model

A fully hand-crafted 3D model of a traditional Indian Gauntlet Sword (Pata), created entirely inside ZBrush.
The base block-out was done using ZModeler, followed by detailed sculpting to capture the authentic forms, engravings, and metal surface imperfections. The model was polypainted directly in ZBrush, focusing on realistic metal tones and aged wear to match historical references. All renders are taken inside ZBrush, using custom lighting to highlight the intricate sculpt and material definition.

This piece was created to study Indian weapon design, refine my sculpting workflow, and practice a full ZBrush-only pipeline from blockout to final render.
